How can I know how many users registered to use my edition?

Just check 'Authenticate Users' checkbox while creating your custom configuration!

I've purchased DDWidget CE. But now I would like to change my configuration. Can I do this?

Sure, you can change your configuration. But be careful: your old configuration will stop working. If you need both configurations to work, please purchase another DDWidget CE.

How often can I change the configuration for my CE version?

Normally not more than once a week. But in case of your troubles we will make advances.

Should I choose a subscription model or a year license?

You can choose any of them, of course, but let us give your few advices:

1. If you are not sure, try 1-month subscription. It is a good point to start.
2. If you are sure that you need DDWidget CE for at least a year, purchase a 1-year license and save your money.
3. If you think you will use it for more than 1 year, consider to save even more money and purchase additional renewals.
4. Yearly license has one additional advantage: licensing period starts from actual day you give us your configuration, i.e. you can purchase more than one license for our volume discount prices if you sure you will need them a little bit later. However, we recommend you to try a subscription first to be sure, that you really need this software.

If I buy a subscription, can I transfer then my configurations to a year license?

Sure, just purchase a year license (with additional discounted renewals, if you wish) before you current subscription ends, cancel your subscription and inform us about this via Our Support Form
